I believe that is Chris West's turbo Fiero. It is a stock upper intake that has had most of the runners cut off, and a tubular plenum welded on.

        westcoastfiero.com sells them
        1995 Pontiac GTP
Over $12K invested, and still its slow. Maybe thats because thats most all repairs. Don\'t knock the engine though, because thats the only part that has seemed to last.

Are those for the 3400 or 3.4 DOHC though?

I'd hope so with a turbo and a halfway decent manifold.

Kinda reminds me of that Smith guy's manifold, except it isn't a shoebox on a lower intake, lol. I like this one alot better.

And I bet the powerband out of boost is about the same as Mr. Smiths car.

I would agree. Pedaling a bike would probably have more torque out of the powerband, lol.

Doesn't really matter with a 5spd in a Fiero though, does it?

no with the 5 speed you hardley notice the lowend loss. as long as you can get a good launch at like 3000rpm without breaking the tires loose, you will feel fast alright. i hate driving the automatic after the 5 speed, it feels so much slower and way less fun.

I think I have better chances of getting struck by lightning 5 times in the same spot then putting an auto back in the 91, lol.

                              fiero intake and turbo system

if that's for a 3.4 DOHC then do you think it would be possible to put it on a z-34
