96 into 91 with 5speed

Is it possible to swap a 96 into a 91 with a 5-speed, if so, how challenging? Would it be more advantageous and easier to put the 96 heads and intake onto the 91?

From what I have been told, it's a direct replacement, but you will have some extra left over sensors that will not be connected.
