  • 1996 TB?

Bored as hell, is there a direct replacement from another car that will bolt up to the OEM '96-7 LQ1 intake arm? ALSO with boost would i see any gains from a larger tb?

idk about fitment but i can bet you would see a gain as look at the l67 guys always going after the n* tb

Nothing swaps directly. I think they can be bored though, maybe ben does this. It would help if the intake manifolds were ported/gasket matched too. I don't think just a larger TB is going to do all that much.

that's also drawing through, not boosting through.... it seems like it would change it's capabilities since with draw-through, there would be a vacuum after the TB plate and between the S/C, but with a turbo, there would be pressure on both sides.....
