I have been practicing launching at different RPMS and i notice that when i brake torque above 2k the car seems to launch alot slower like the ECM pulled the ign. timing. I know the only way to findout is thru the freescan but i dont have alaptop (i do have the interface cable though lol) so what RPM's does the ECU pull timing and at wat can i do to figure out how to stop the timing retard?

it has to do with the tc. u are forcing it to go outside of its stall range . its stall range stock being 1600-1800 usually. that is where it multiplies torque. if u bring the stall speed out of that range u are effectivley reducing the converters effeciency
