Oil Temperatures

Hey, guys. I'm reseaching oil coolers and accessories, and I am wondering what the optimum oil temps are. I want to know what the tranny and engine oil should be. Please respond in degrees F. I know I'm Canadian, but every manufacturer lists in F.
