Here's 93s pics. I was asked to post them. On the right track.. with a little refinement... Not bad. Now needs polishing.

You should get your hands on a few 120 Grit flap wheels. They will smooth that out like butter.

I think you can get 1/4" extensions. They have a set screw that holds the burr.

Yeppers! And visit the site I posted earlier. Has a lot of good info. I have ported and polished more V-8s than I have kids! Don't ask...............

I did mine w/ a die grinder. No extensions though because you can't go too deep.

I didn't go in deeper into the port because I believe I read it or someone on the board mentionted that you should only go deeper if there are obvious gasting flaws such as bumbs or any other obstruction. Don't know about that though.

This was my first time porting the runners, the next time is gonna be the lower intake.

FOr now, I have already started on the heads .

You went past the plate? Mine was smooth as silk behind it... I don't understand what you did. Unless you went WAY into the plenum?

i went about 3-5 inches past and took out any flaws, also there is a openeing where the egr gas's would normally come from, i blocked it and its smooth now
