i plugged in my 2.1 setup: MUCH better. sounds similar to what the monte does IRL except the LQ1 is a bit deeper all the way through the RPM range.

the 3100/single glasspack combo gets a bit higher pitch(more ferrari-like) at upper RPMs (4500-up), but it's certainly not a very different noise.

says dual glasspacks with corvette tips.

but i also like the Magnaflow 14226's, just have to decide on tips, as i dont think the corvette ones will work. muffler length plus tip lenght, what do you guys think?

also are the chips still available for the 3.4 from wot-tech?

Being an LS that is most likely a 3100 and not an LQ1, so your car will most likely sound different. Also he didn't rev it high enough for me to think about trying glass packs, nor did he load it by putting it in drive and take off hard. For a 91 DOHC, you can buy chips all day long from WOT-Tech.
