Last kit I got and installed into my 96 was the FPG003
It was a little different than the one I put in my 95, But at the same time I also cut the bottom off of the bucket it goes in to allow the pump to see the bottom of the tank. I also replaced the plastic tube with a rubber hose and clamps.

I had two in my Supra, never had issue with the pumps. I kept the FP low though. ~40psi1998 GTP --> T62 Turbo swap! - Done & gone
