Aaron, I so baddly want to try that too, your idea sounds awesome!

Nope, I haven't gutted it yet, hell, the car isn't even running right now after the brake problem I encountered (upper bracket bolt broke off and it fucked up the mounting surface and the rim) so I'll be getting ALL the parts I need (intake included) this weekend, so wish me luck folks!

            Blast from the Past...Aaron......

Still in my head...I still want to see an 80mm TB with forced air.

Anyone want to go with it? I have the basic setup still. 80mm BBK, cut up and welded UIM, no more EGR, flanges for mounting, plenty of tubing, and all the stuff to play with. Figure out tuning. You will need a 75mm MAF, and the LQ1 internals from the stock MAF. Or go with MAP.

You have to be able to weld and machine aluminum. All in a box. PM me for details. I'll leave this in "Off Topic", since it's not really for sale. Something to play with, should you desire.

I'll find the link at pennocks.

cool! lots of nice new designs... but im guessing no one yet has made a successfull duel runner intake manifold? i think i have a good idea in my head... and im going to eventully give it a shot. just need to get moved and get my GTP going. then the monte. but if i pull it off it should offer the best of both worlds... the low end TQ and High end HP
