LOL ok. so im sure a few people will laugh at me a little... but thats ok. so i have 2 1/4" pipe front to back, and a resonator somewhere in the middle, after the Y pipe in the rear it splits into two mufflers then two tips out the back.

however i dont have pictures yet, or video of how it sounds. lol later today i suppose.

cuz i got all gung ho happy excited and posted before i shot pics and shooting pics is what i do!
lol so basically i went out and got the car a quick ass wash, no wax or anything... and i took a few pics, no photoshop, straight off the camera, AS THEY WERE SHOT!! lol but they look good i think. there are bigger versions, but not by much. i turned the size down to the minimum on it. let me know what you think, theres a couple things id like to change, but over all im really happy with it.

like i said, i wanna know what you guys think, good or bad. sometimes i look at it and think, over kill. lol but sometimes i look at it and i think, sweeeeeeeet.
but it really does sound pretty badass. i need to get a video camera now. lol saving for a T1i if anyone here knows what it is. :P

no fiberglass. yeah i thought the same thing about the tips... i have a couple weeks to decide if i like the sound of the mufflers and look of the tips. so next saturday i might go in and have em sucked in a little. i made sure to catch them at their worst angle here too. if youre lookin straight down on em they arent too bad.
my biggest concern is ground clearance, but we'll see. so far no rattles on the hitch either. lol

looks good so far but id tuck them in so they were flush with the little lip on the bumper and angle them downward probably more leveling them out.

As said suck them tips under the car. At least even with the back bumper or personally I'd have them under the car 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I've never been a fan of tips myself and always dump my exhaust under my vehicles so I might be a lil biased.

this is about 2-4" short of the futhest edge of the bumper... doesn't look like it from this angle, but it is...

i also need to replace the zip ties with a good weld or two after i lift it to my desired height...

                  nah zip ties are gold.
keep em! hahaha ill take a measuring tape to em to see how far they really do stick out. i think its just about 1". but either way, my fear was confirmed today when i pulled out of a friends driveway and crunch, i heard BOTH mufflers hit the edge of the sidewalk on my way out. so tomorrow i think im going to have them move the muffler to under the middle of the car, right after the resonator, and just have the dual tips attached to pipes, connected to a Y, and then to the muffler.
the stock exhaust was a little smaller, maybe 2" but it forsure wasnt 2 1/4" so im giving it 2" at best. we started it up a couple times without the mufflers too just to make sure the pipe was welded with no leaks (took a few shots lol) but it looks like it needs to be redone now. oh well. thats what customer satisfaction is all about.

was prob 1 7/8 inside diam. remember seeing something on here about that.

steep ass driveways FTL. i scrape the front on mine sometimes and its stock height, cant imagine what it will be like when i get the springs in and its sitting a couple inches lower.

yeah mines sittin way too low, but i like the way the mufflers sit, it looks more bad ass. lol thayre kinda angled in under the back cuz they were too long to fit under there with the tips, thats another reason the tips stick out.

so, before i have it changed. im going to put to use a device i made a while back. its a camera mount, that clamps on to anything thinner than about 1" and uses a 3/4" or 19mm wrench to clamp on to anything. its not letting go.

the other end mounts to any camera with a threaded hole in the bottom. so that being said, i will clamp it to something underneath my car (not the suspension, though that would make a cool video) and im going to do a 0 - 60 (0 -100kph) run and see what it sounds like. 60mph and 100kph are close enough. its not going to be a very fast run, as my car is stock and could probably use to have the timing properly set on it. but now... its just a matter of finding someone willing to let me clamp their digital camera under my car and drive to 100kph with it there. lol well, we'll see i guess.

camera is on its way here... i promise at the very least an interesting video. whether or not you like the sound of it is up to you. lol but the video is going to be looking back from between the two pipes, i think ill just clamp it on to the trailer hitch or something of the sorts... should have made a camera guard too i think.

the mount is made of 3/8" steel and uses 1/2" nuts and bolts to secure itself and change its various angles.
it looks crude and prehistoric. at best. lol well, next time ill make something better i guess.

i am downloading something to cut this video off, its 200mb and almost 3 minutes long.
i have the camera mounted to the back of my car, so there is alot of wind noise, especially when i hit 140.... when split, and uploaded... ill let you see it.
and beware on my laptop it made my car sound liek SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIt. but on my stereo its all good how it should. but i dunno. you tell me when you see it
