i am o so close to getting some 96 heads ex manifolds(i won't put them on right away though, i will save my $$$ and get the worked ova first
). but be4 i get them. i have 1 question left from that lengthy post i had about heads, cams, and lifters.
we all know that pre-96 have a higher compression height on the pistons. couple that with the smaller chambers. and u got a little compression going. the main reason i want 96 heads cause of the revisions made and the better flow characteristics i have heard about.
the question i have is: if u put 96 heads on say a 94 engine, is the difference in compression height on the pistons going to cause any problems with this swap?
