My flanges are one piece(for strength), 3/8" mild steel. I am using good bolts and I am using the best gaskets I found.

They did warp a litttle when I welded the step down pipe to them, but I heated them up(that took FOREVER), and got them straight again.

I had a small leak on my front middle primary(#4), but it was becuz my idiot friend Justin can't tighten a fricken bolt.

    btw, thanks for the compliments!!!

Awesome! Didn't know. I'm just doing 1 car for now, Still like to have your flange file. (begging) And YW Aaron. Love to see your under car pics. So far it's the only set I have really seen. Ever thought about a cutout?
If you are driving a Chevy, everything else, is just a blur. 3.4 Carbon Footprint.

I did. But the 3.4 sounds Abnoxious, loud, and really really bad with just open corked headers. And I was so embarrassed to drive it anywhere. Going downhill, I actually put it in neutral just hoping ppl wouldn't hear it. And I figure it wouldn't give me too much of a gain considering I have full exhaust, with the only pressure bends in the entire system being right before my header-cat connection. And it is like a 5* bend too so it doesn't matter.

I'd love to get the pics, but I have chronic laziness And I know ppl will just find something to bitch at, probly the hole in the frame
