bottom end troubles

so i got my crankshaft...i go to put it in..... thrust bearings went in hard...crank won't spin without more than 60 fottlbs ....wayy to much
caled the company sending me a new one....they either sent the wronge bearings with it or didn't machine the thrust surfaces enough

yet another week of waiting..heads are done though

does ne one know the difference between 3.1 and 3.4 main bearings.. supposedly they arre interchangable but i found info at my work and the 3.4 are alluminum or softer, the cranks are the same rite?

cranks should be the same, they have the same part number

cast numbers are the same part numbers through the dealer are diff

what did the plasti guage tell you? You did use it right?
