Recently I bought a 95 GTP with a blown motor due to timing belt failure. I plan on rebuilding it using parts from a 92 Z34 motor. While doing this though I kind of want to give it a little more power. Here are some things I've read about and I want to hear your suggestions...
I was thinking cam timing but what timing would get me more low end torque, but not sacrifice much high end? Any ideas would be great.
I was also thinking a CAI system to the fender but I don't really want to put the battery in the trunk so is there any other place to put it or any other way to get the CAI installed?
I don't have to pass emissions, so I'm definitely cutting the cat, but would blocking off the EGR valve help any?
Any other ideas feel free to add.
