I don't think we can simply conclude which cam timing is best. It is dependent on what you want to do with the car.
From my experience, the -13* surpasses the 6/6 in top end power but it comes at a compromise of low end torque and a fairly severe loping idle. The engine also has a 'powerband' feeling in that in the 3000 rpm range it starts to wake up. In other words, you lose some ease of driveability. The idle does sound mean though.
The 6/6 has a much smoother idle (and is much more stable running on a cold engine), has more low end torque while retaining an increase in top end power as well, though I feel not as much top end as with the -13*.
For a daily driver I'm much more satisfied with the 6/6. If the car was strictly for drag use I would probably have -13* still.
It isn't much work to give it a try to see for yourself.
