So, why did Bosch come out with the +2 after the +4 if they are so good? But you can't argue with experience. Alot of guys here say they have used them and they fucked up. Simple as that. I don't use cheap plugs either, got a set of NGK Iridiums, I think I paid $10.00CDN a plug.

Not an argument. Your plugs may be as good as mine. Like I said, it's my opinion.

So you can't or don't read. 40,000 volts finds whatever ground it can. In this case it is the 4 electrodes. It does spray the power
ZZZ wrong answer. Once you study properties of Electricity you find out why you were wrong. Once an arc establishes a contact to potentcial difference the whole field of electrons flow in that direction, granted a effect will occur on all the contacts but only one path will form, I am talking about 'uS' Micro seconds at which all contacts have a field and at a very low considerable voltage (jacobs latter effect). As soon as one path increases in potencial the resistance drops and thus the flow follows this "Path of least resistance"..

If you could some how slow down a bolt of electricity between to rods will you find that at the beginning of the charge the resistance is infinite, and as the potencial increases (voltage), the resistance drops proportionately. I experimented with Jacobs Latter effect, and Tesla's theroy and set up a 5 point-center lead to with in .002 inches tolerance and found that only one spark at a time will jump the gap visual, video taped it with a high speed camera and found that every couple of micro seconds a field of effect ionizes (Jacobs Latter) at the same time, but only one spark forms. This test was based on configurations of a Bosch 4> 5 point-center lead design. Even though a field effect occurs at this tolerance the voltage potential at this stage is not as volitile to fuel as a normal spark.

            NASCAR racers want it
ZZZ wrong answer, they have Ignitions systems not legal on the street...

That's some good work there Juglenaut.

I read the Bosch webpage and it basically said what we are saying here. The spark will take the most efficient path. So at that point 3 of the ground electrodes are just in the way.

                I stand corrected. Nuff said.

bosch lasted less than a month before I developed a slight miss in one cyl. 4 of the plugs looked terrible, and the other two were well on thier way.

I put the stock plugs back in (the ones I replaced with the +4s during the tuneup) which fixed my miss. My rapid fires # 8s came in and they have been great so far

Put NGK irdiums or #8 Ac delco's ....and wasnt this thread covered 10 times allready?!

much of what MSD sells is not legal for use on street-driven emissions controlled vehicles.

I am not going to argue this...MSD does sell legal and race legal equipment.
