  • Fuel Injectors?

I am trying to find out what Injectors I will require for my fuel upgrade.

I went to here (racetronix) but I have no idea what type of injector I have now.

Welcome to Racetronix: Your Premier Automotive Destination for Fuel Pump Performance, Precision Fittings, Top-notch Hoses, Adapters, Catch Cans, Tank Expertise, and many more. Rev up your automotive journey with us!

Can someone tell me what type I have now. Check out the link and give me some suggestions please.

What do you have done to your car? Unless you have forced induction, nitrous, or are revving higher than stock, chances are your stock injectors are fine.

EDIT - I saw in your other thread that you plan on running boost. Here's a page from the megasquirt site that will help you get a rough idea of what to look for in injector size:

EFI, Fuel Injection, Auto, automotive, car, TPI, computation, ECU, MegaSquirt, GPIO, MicroSquirt, Sequencer, stim, MegaShift, MShift, DIY, transmission, 4L60E, 4L80E, controller, shifter

Their calculator and their chart makes an assumption about BSFC, but if you're using a tuner then you can tweak your injectors accordingly.

I thank an important statement you should note on the injector chart is the following:

Turbo/supercharged engines should add 10% to listed minimum injector size
    Hopefully this should help.

if you have a way to tune the ecu, then run a set of Lucas 42.5# or Megatron 65# injectors for a 3800. You can get them from www.ZZPerformance.com, www.grandprixstore.com, www.3800performance.com.... Ect. I have the 42.5# injectors in mine from ZZP and no problems as of yet. Depending on how much boost your running it will determine the size of the injectors. if you are going E85 you want to run the 65#ers.
