Hmmm.... Code 32 is EGR. Should have just bought a chip and had it disabled. Problem solved. Oh well, kinda late now. Good luck with your project.

well i know the code. very well, lol. i have replaced the egr with used ones, cleaned everything. Im not doing it b/c of just the code. i have had to many problems with this current engine. I want something i can trust. While im at it, i might as well beef it up a bit.

If i was to use the old piston and rings then that would be cutting corners
You would still have to hone the cylinders, and what not even when using used pistons with new rings..

You may have to rebalance your engine on new pistons..

Don't forget to remove that leading edge on the top cylinder walls..

You may have to cut your rings to fit..

The pistons are usually good, the rings usually wear..

Get drilled pistons instead of slotted..

Used center pins don't like new pistons or rods..

Last but not least by any means BOLT and PART match...I stress this> match everything from where it came form exactly!!! tag them even, just match it...

        Let do a song

Just match it dada da $$
Just match it dada do $$
Just match it dada da $$
Just match it dada do $$
        Just...match it,match it,match it....

I am not coming down you, trust me you will save time and energy.

i seen those, but i think im still going with this kit. Still debating between the .020 or stock. Just dont have the extra money to pay alot for the boring and honing. only have about 800 bucks.
