I don't know about diameter, I know its a good bit smaller and a hell of alot lighter. I thinks its suppose to be a 23 or 25% underdrive. If it wasn't so hard to get to I would measure it for you.

you maybe right. I had a paper printed off of there website from when I bought mine but it didn't say anything about size or weight on the paper.

Does anyone make an actual aftermarket damper with a smaller pulley or are they all solid aluminum replacements for the harmonic damper? I'm all for reducing rotating mass but replacing the harmonic damper with a non-damping solid piece is not good for crankshaft and rod bearing durability..

On a dohc you just replace the pulley not the entire harmonic damper..

                  Pics?

If I recall correctly the FFP pulley completely replaced the damper. Maybe I'm thinking of the 2.8/3.1/3x000 ones..

all UD pulleys on the dohc are just pulleys not the entire damper. 3x00s have the damper/pulley all in one.

Yeah on the 3.4 dohc the pulley and damper are 2 seperate peices bolted together.

It says on the ASP site that it is a 20% and if you look at the pic it clearly shows that it bolts to the balancer with three bolts.
I dont know what this means but "ASS HATS" is funny
