3.4 perfomance timing conclusions???

so i queried 3.4 timing and read four posts on 6/6, 8/8, 13* exhaust retard, and even 6/2. the question is, i know 13* is out the door for '96 lq1. how about 6/6 or 8/8 from anyone else? or even any further inputs regarding timing on '96-97 lq1s.

thanks!! am doing timing belt tomorrow and cant have my car down long enough to toy with various timings myself and really want to pick something other than stock.

mine has a 96 engine, but its an MTX car, so my experience w/ 0/-13 wont help you.

well, i got lazy and i just finished getting everything ready for timing belt install and timing. will try 6/6 and see how that goes. if that doesnt go, right back to stock.
