You mention polished exhaust manifolds. Is there any porting done to those as well? Also, what was your 60" on that pass and what kind of tires were you on?

I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

Yes there was porting done as well. I was on street tires. 60 time have to dig out the time slip to see what it said I went 14.58 I only had like 3 gallons of gas in the car to.

That must be the key. I put on a 2 1/2" inch full exhaust this year and it made almost no difference in 1/4 mile times. I've done everything now except the exhaust manifolds so that must be what's holding me back. Now will someone please start making headers for the 91-95 cars?

guess i shoulda just ported my exhaust manifolds when i tore my top end apart, but im planning on making a set of headers for it, so i figured it would be a waste of time. oh, well, might pick up a set from a j/y and port them or start trying to model headers after them.
