GM Performance Parts lists this item:
14089825 — Oil Pan Reinforcement
Front pan reinforcement for all 1987 and later V6/60° engines.
It's still available and lists for $4.11. What the heck is it? Is this just the flat piece that goes under the nuts on the studs at the front? Not sure why its a GMPP item if thats the case.. but I can't figure out what else it could be.
