    yeah I saw that a year ago

    96 Z34 3.4 SC DOHC Getrag, 284 5sd manual transmission, stage 3spec clutch, 97 engine, 97 pcm, S3 intercooler 1 of 1 Roots SC LQ1 in the world 8.5 psi.

          Since he didn't do incremental dyno runs, We don't know the exact effect the intake manifold had. I'd say that his cam timing changes are probably what gave him his race only powerband. He's probably got waaayyy too much overlap for his head flow/cylinder volume relationship.

          After all, his intake isn't that much different than yours... pretty much just the plenum volume.
          I'm planning a tapered runner manifold for mine when I get to building it sometime next year.
