BOV still leaking...
Is it hooked up after the TB? If so, back the adjustment screw all the way out, then back in until you feel it hit the diaphram inside (resistance). This is the loosest setting. Tighten the screw until it almost won't go anymore, and this is the max adjustment. When you are test driving, you want to make it just loose enough so you don't hear the chatter when shifting.

My Bov is hooked up before the maf. What adjustment screw. All I have are washers to adjust mine. I think I put a total of 3 in. I did see a small leak. I think it is coming from the oil drain spot. no biggie. AS far as vacuum line go this is what I have.
1.pcv-filter side of turbo
2 valve cover-filter side of turbo
3-fmu and wastegate- charge side of turbo
4.bov -plenum.Is this correct?

You arent making any sense. The TB is the throttle body correct. Well my bov is before the maf and then the maf and then the throttle body. Its wierd the more washers I put in the better it runs but it is rated for very highboost. So I dont know. I am going for a ride tomorrow. I dont know how to upload a movie though

The BOV line needs to go in the plenum (after/behing the throttle body), or where you brake booster is hooked to. Yes, the leak will get better the tighter you go because the BOV needs to see vacuum when you let off the gas, so that it will release the excess pressure built up in the charge pipe.
It's hard to see in this pic, but the BOV goes to the y fiting up at the plenum, and to the port I have at the back of the TB. I can get more pics if you need.

Oh, yeah the vacuum line I have hooked to the side of the plenum. I though that you ment the actual BOV.lol. Yeah I put more washers in and it seemed to work better I couldn't tell ya because it was dark and I have no lights yet. I am going to fixa cople things on it today and then test it. I will let you know how it comes out.

Ran the car for a good 10 mile trip today. When every I tried to make boost it would just vent it. I though it was the BOV but I think it is the flex piping. Also my car runs at a good 200+ the whole time. Is this normal? It did run good, I still smell some funny things when I drive the car but I think it could be just stuff wearing off. I do know I have a small leak at the turbo drain on both the turbo and the oil pan, but I just did not tighten the bolts enough. Other wire the car ran good.

I am not going to be hitting the rev limiter an time soon. I think I am going to the turbo shop monday. Should be interesting to see what they do about my intercooler piping. I will post an update

I've gotta say that I never have had trouble with the rev limiter cutting fuel.
Turbo cars do tend to run hotter. You need to make sure that your cooling system is in top shape. Watter Wetter can help a bit. I wired my fans to a manual switch to turn them on sooner to help as well.

Yep, I just changed the coolant and have a brand new waterpump (acdelco). I need to top off the coolant and put water weter in. I did have the fans hooked up to manual switches but never like it because it looked ghetto. I will rewire them, this way my car does not get so hot. other then the car getting so hot the only other problem is the piping.I am bring the car to the shop tomorrow and then it should run alot better. I did notice a small leak of oil under the car so I will have to take a peak underneath tonigh, becuase tomorrow I drop the car off. Other than that it run pretty good, I will post pics and a video soon.
