Did anyone know that? or this, 248hp and 242 lb/ft in the Saturn VUE? I'm not sure about the bellhousing but if it's the same sorting out the VVT would definately be worth it, it looks a lot less bulky than the 3.4 DOHC.

Yeah... and its actually a SOHC and its a Honda engine. We first posted about it back in Sept/Oct when the 07 lineup was finally released.-Brad-

Since it's a Honda motor forget it. I should have known it was something foreign given it would make absolutely no sense for GM to make two overhead cam engines with a .1L difference and pretty much the same character. Interestingly it makes as much as the 3.6 with .1 less displacement and .2 less compression.
