92 Z34 Climate Control problem

For some reason my climate control only has 2 options (Off & Blend)

No matter what other button I push (AC, Max, vent, etc.) they all act like its on Blend mode. Nothing comes out of the vents. The only air I ever get is some from the floor and some from the defrost vents.

Off works fine, heat control works fine, it just wont switch between the different modes for some reason.

Any ideas?

these cars use engine vacume to switch vents. i'd say that one of your vac lines is not connecetd... or the vac ball is broken and causing a vac leak.
