1) Is the block oiling system the same for Pushrod and DOHC?
2) Specifically, #2 camshaft (oil pump driveshaft) bearing was installed in what I think was the wrong position. Looks like the hole in the bearing should have been orientated to the hole at 12:00 on the block. I realize that there is a grove for the oil but the whole would not drain oil.
3) I think there may be two different cam bearing sets for the different years....maybe they had oil flow issues. Is anyone 'porting' the oil passages.
4) Anyone actually install these?
