  • Help me replace my intake gaskets

Well after putting up with my car misfiring and chugging until it warmed up for 3 months, I've decided to try replacing the intake gaskets. So far I have the intake plenum off and bolts off the lower intake (can't get that off for some reaon). I'll link you to my thread on clubgp to save me trouble of asking more questions

    Thanks guys!

if you have all bolts out and fuel rail off you should just have to pry it off i dont belive it just comes off without some slight prying. good luck

It really shouldnt be that hard to get off if it is then maybe you missed some thing. Check the FAQ for help or the forum.

I was just informed I may be missing 4 bolts, since I only took off 8. I'll be able to check it out tommorrow, otherwise I think I'm all set now, thanks.
