  • do i have a timing problem or is there some internal damage

I have been posting on here all day about fuel pressure problems and vac problem. now after reading some post that Ben had sent me i think that i have a real big problem. Whats going on is that at the vac port on right side of the plenum where the fuel pressure vac hose connects and the vac hose for the trans connects for vac. i'm getting air blowing out the ports in which it should be sucking air. now Ben says to check my timing or maybe it something going on with the intake valves not seating what are the chances the timing could be causing this problem.? what are the chances that valve are bent or burnt valves.? the car was running good until acouple of days ago did timing belt a few mnths back what are the chances the timing belt tensioner went out and belt jump some teeth? now i didnt replace the tensioner when i did the belt . i read on this site that it is recomeneded that you replace the tensioner. could this be my problem? I have not yet tore the engine down that far to check. when i do i hope this is the problem. any suggestion

Check your timing, check the belt and the tensioner. It is possible the tensioner failed, and caused problems in your engine. Do a compression check on the motor, see whats going on internally.
