ok so get the big tune up done, now car started to idle high.....come to a light stay at 1200-1500 rpms...

Ok now it takes me having to pump the gas pedal to get it to start, if i dont do this it jsut sits and cranks then tries to start but only way to get it is give it gas.....no vac leak taht i can tell or hear...

most everything is new from when i either bought the car or did it from then to now..

headgaskets, intake gaskets, all realted to that, timing belt, plugs, wires, pvc valve, 02 sensor....

I dont get this car, i have had nothing but problems with it since day one

i have a 93 Z34 3.4 DOHC i had the same problem, ofcourse it is not the fuel filter. it is the fuel pump. i was on my way home from work one day and my car was sputtering down the road. i thought it was because i needed gas. i stopped at the gas station about 5 mins from my house, filled up the tank and the car wouldnt start at all. i checked oil, antifreeze both ok. so i called my dad, he started it but didnt work until he pumped the gas. come to find out it was the fuel pump
