In my quest to figure out my stalling problem... I found something interesting... I ran my car at night, and I could see the electricity going through the wires! Also it was arcing wherever it was near metal (exhaust manifold, hose clamps, bolts) and it was arcing between wires too, at least it looked like it... I'm getting new wires... but is this a sign that my wires are ruined? It was happening with about 4 of the wires.

Well I replaced the wires... and while I was at it a bunch of cracked vacuum fittings and hoses, and it didn't change a thing (haven't checked the arcing). Could this be a faulty ICM? I have a spare (from my mom's Euro, same P/N) that's good that I'll probably try... this is so fucking frustrating. I don't want to have to splurge $220 for the Chevy dealer to diagnose the problem... but I have no diagnostic tools at my disposal.
