Spark Plug life

I was wondering how often you guys would recommend changing the spark plugs. I am running Rapid Fires. Any better suggested plug for under 8 dollars a piece?

Rapidfires work just fine...infact I doubt anything performs noticeably better than them. Usually just pull a couple out every 10k or so and check them out, and compair to this chart...(You'll need Adobe PDF)

I love my Rapidfire 8's! Been running them for about 30K now and they are still fine.
