94 3.4 in a 92

im looking at a 1994 3.4 dohc from a lumina/ monte carlo with 101k... would this work in 1992 grand prix? My GP has the 3.4 in it now. What i would like to know is if i need to change wiring harnesses, ecm's, all that stuff to get it to work in the 92...

No .. But I would recommend you using Intake from your 92 .. the 94 has MAF, 92 got MAP .. much easier this way .. and 94s had better cam carriers .. good luck

Becuase its the only engine I could find at a good price- $700. I have had virtually NO luck at all in finding a good 3.4, the only ones i've found yet are either fried or new and break the $5,000 mark.
