  • I Need Help! Just Replaced Head Gasket

    I just got done replacing my head gaskets and when I went to start it, it idles at 2k and it doesn't go down either. The timing seems to be just fine. and I am fairly confident that everything is tight. Any tips would be great.

    Vaccum lines snap ?
    How bout something as so simple as the Idle Air Control valve .. or the Throttle Position Sensor ?

      Just look for a(some)vac leak(s).
