Does the GTP have the coolant reservoir on the passenger side of the engine bay? If so, you will need to remove this, just one bolt and one nut, both 10mm. Then an 18mm whench on the belt tensioner to get the serpentine off. The water pump is the one closest to the radiator, right under the front cam carrier. Four 10mm bolts to remove the pulley. You may need to get a little creative with a screw driver or similar to get them all out, or you could prolly leave the belt on until they are loose. (Otherwise the pulley will turn, and you'll get pissed off) Then its like 5-7 bolts, either 10 or 13mm to get the pump out, then just put the new one in. Be sure you use water pump sealer, smear some on both the pump housing and the block, but dont get it into the coolant passages.

Easy enough, you might need to feel around for the ones on the bottom of the pump, but its fairly straight forward.

Yea, there are 5 bolts, all 10mm. My motor is out of my car right now, so I just went out and made sure. There is a flywheel that the pulley bolts to, you'll need to feel around under it, but the whole job shouldn't take more than an hour, start to finish. You'll want to have a pan underneath the car to catch the coolant, and then of course add new to make up for what came out.
