Warning: check those ball joints! Yep I had fun the past 2 days! My schedule had been really full the past couple months and haven't been able to do any work on my baby. I knew that brakes were on the list, t-belt, tune-up and oil change, and other lil odds and ends. I started hearing the pop from my ball joints a couple of weeks ago and ordered them in a kit along with inner and outer tie rods and sway bar bushings. Big savings there on ebay (less than $55 all 8 pcs). They arrived on Wed. I worked all day Thurs and the ball joint BROKE Fri! Now for those who don't know what that looks like- The car leans like it's on a flat, but it's not. The wheel leans in. In my case, it took out the axle, fender and bent the tie rod. The fun came in in doing the repairs. 30 year old car, 30 year old parts. FUN FUN FUN
