I have a 91 Z34 and have a few codes 15,23,43,53 now i do know what they all mean of course coolant temp,IAT,knock and system high voltage but ive put new coolant and intake sensors on and still get these codes and yea i pulled the ecu fuse and tried the batt both and there still coming back. this car also dies while warming up every now and sometimes going down the road. anyone think maybe the ecu is no good or would i get a code for that?

Replacing the sensor doesn't correct a defective wire harness or harness connection between sensor and ECU.
Put a REAL scan tool on that car, verify the sensor outputs.
Fixing cars with a consumer-grade code-reader and parts replacement is a tremendous waste of time and (usually) money. The service manual has specific procedures to PROPERLY identify the defect. If I were forced to guess, the FIRST thing I'd verify is proper system voltage--forget the computer and sensors, get the alternator sorted-out first.
