  • Turns over a while before starts... cold

Well I just got a 96 GTP. It has a remote starter but I can't use it because it don't turn the car over long enough to start it when its cold. When I start it in the morning with the key it truly takes a while for it to fire up. But when it does it runs perfect. Any ideas?

Does the fuel pump priming circuit work? Pump runs for two seconds when key is turned from "off" to "run"?

I had a remote start on my alero back in the day. It worked great when I first got it, but over time it wouldn't crank long enough. A while later the battery died. I bought a new battery and it my crank time dropped and my remote start worked again.
