i forget my measurements, but roughly, 5"x3/4"x3/4" solid bar stock.

I had 2 bars made with a hole through the middle and had the surfaces machined within .004" tolerance, then blued them. It cost me $65, at a local machine shop, to have them made from a rough sketch, and $4 for the bluing to prevent rust. They are so strong I can break the bolt free and torque it again when I adjust timing.
sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

on here it says 1/2 bar stock and 5/8"s hole IIRC. in the reference section.... im still tempted to make adjustable ones by adding spacer blocks or screws to hold the cam flats. just dont know the dist change to build them yet.

What did you have it made out of, aluminum?
            Mine are tool grade steel.
