its like esc spark control, is this my module my car idles rough and ses is on ne ides? ne on ever had?

Check your knock sensor. It is below the rear exhaust manifold next to the alternator. If you have an auto, you can jack up the car, look between the tranny and oil pan. You can see if it came unplugged (somehow), or if the wire broke. If all is well, buy a new one, pull out the alternator http://www.60degreev6.com/index.php?p=pages&pid=4 , and you can get to it after the alternator is out. Installation is reverse of removal, lol.

I did mine without removing anything but the alt cooling duct form below. It is right behind that duct.

Don't know about yours, but my car ran liek total piss with it broken. I was getting beat by 2.8L carbed berlinetta camaros

ok well iwa s told wronge, it was the knock, i put in a brand new one and the terminal was about an 1/8 inch to deep no connectiopn, car runs great now, new motor and all has about 43 miles on it today comin home form work.

I was assuming he had an auto, since there are very few 5 speeds out there. The auto cars are a PITA, but yes, 5 speed cars would be nice and easy.
