Question : 1991 grand prix headlight fuse location

I am using my 92 service manual to troubleshoot the 91 and it isn't working too well. No headlight (low or High) and no dash lights. THe LS electrical center is non existent, just a remote post with the Fuel pump + and line linking to BAT terminal on bat. For some reason F3 was hot on C150, so I fused and jumpered to B2 which resulted in headlights working when switch depressed which is good! dash lights came on, and chime on (engine off) I hit the high beam, and poped my 15amp jumpered fuse, and now F3 is open... there is a forward lamp fuse center under coolant reserve tank which just has fog fuse, fog relay and horn relay. All fine. my 92 manual does not even mention this box. I have no idea where the 50amp fuse for F3 is or the headlight fuse is supposed to be. I am considering going to JY and getting a ls electrical center and harnesses to forward lights and into dash to C150 connector, but I don't think I should have to, I just have to find fuses....

OH, also the headlight circuit breaker is fine, when I jumpered to 15amp, and pulled breaker from component center, headlights went out, then plugged back in, came back on. Before I jumpered and f3 was still hot, #17 on component center headlight breaker was open, and from what I read it should be hot at all times. It went hot when I jumpered....

Replaced with whole front end harness to C150 worked great! Not sure how it had worked before though...
