how would you rotate the engine if the one set of cams is locked down?
haha, crank spins the belt (indirectly), belt spins the cams...once the belt is off, they can spin by themselves
Man, shops here in Edmonton are bastards. There are countless private outfits that turn away any and all LQ1's. Not to mention, there is a GM dealership here that sends there LQ1 timing jobs to my brother-in-law's shop. How fucked is that?!
My mechanic is proud to be certified specifically to work on this engine!
