Ok I just changed my injectors out, moved my coils, and replaced all my hoses and now when I start my car the idle goes up really high and comes down really slow and if you touch the gas it does the same thing and then it will start backfiring in the throttle body and trying to cut off, anybody ever had this problem after changing the injectors?

Ya sounds like a Vacuum leak to me, Inj Oring may not have seated correctly.
High idle with a slow drop or popping back through TB usually indicate a vacuum leak or very lean condition due to leak.As of April 2
