My rear axle has ABS (no front wheel ABS though). It doesn't do squat when I'm drifting because I don't use my brakes doing it. I modulate my throttle. I do agree about the LSD being a plus. I've never regretted getting an axle with it for a moment. I honestly think it's one of the best upgrades I've done on that truck too.

for a beater winter truck it almost pays to just weld the diff! lol as for the brakes, i used em all the time, but i liked to set up 'pylons' in a parkinglot and would drift through them, or the new areas that just had roads and no houses... its like drifting through the streets!! haha but if you slip off, who cares? youre not on someones lawn, yet.

I drive it year round when I don't drive the 92. The 92 has no rust on it since it came from Texas, so yeah. The only snow it's been in is what has sat on it, never driven it in it. I thought about a Lincoln Locker in the truck, but it sees way too much dry pavement time to justify it.
