I would pressure test the cooling system. Do it with a cold and hot engine. I had a car in my garage once that would hold pressure just fine while cold, but once it warmed up it would puke coolant, give no heat from the heater and it would also overheat. Pressure tested it hot and it leaked like a sieve. Changed the head gaskets and it was problem solved.-60v6's 2nd Jon M.
