Lots of sludge in intake manifold

    Right, you have a 91-95 style. In 96 they changed the intake manifolds and it has that arm. I just don't recall the coolant lines being like that on my 96 though

        I have seen some that "cut off" the coolant pipe and NEATLY put a barbed pipe fitting into the lower intake and join the heater hose to an extention. Thats what I remember now about how they eliminated that TB heater.

              Well he is right, its got that piece that goes into the lower and the tube on the other side. After looking at it though now I know why I don't remember it. I disconnected the arm from the plenum and took it off without removing the throttlebody or anything.
