  • Will 94 exhaust manifolds bolt up to 96 engine?

I know they have different part #'s and I believe the only difference is that in 96 they added the A.I.R. pump bung back onto the exhaust manifolds, but other then that, will the bolt pattern be the same? Im also aware that the exhaust ports are shaped differently and im sure I will add some restriction by using the 94 manifolds, but I have no choice at this point. Any and all input is much appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Why not just put a set of 96-97 manifolds on it?

Because to be honest, im broke and this project is already way over budget and i cant find any locally around Kansas City. This is not a "performance oriented" situation, this is a "I need to get the car running as cheap as possible situation". If I DO have to use 96-97 manifolds I will starve for a few more days! I searched forums for another 3 hours late last night and appears I have no choice but to use the 96-97's, what's a fair price for a pair in your opinion?

Good price shipped to you would be 50.00. BUT you can get lucky with someone parting out and score a set for under 40.00.
This time of year it's hard to get anything from a yard since it's frigid and the work you gotta go through pulling that rear manifold off!

Does anyone know of a set of 96-97 exhaust manifolds that are for sale and ready to ship?
