  • Overheating in traffic / Fans not kicking in.

92 z34 starts to overheat when in slow traffic or at a stop.

My rad fans are not kicking in at all, So im assuming thats my problem.

Is it possible for both the fans to go out at the same time?

What could cause the fans to both stop suddenly?

also now that i think about it, The low coolant light would do some weird things a week or so ago.

It would come on and say low coolant when my coolant was full, And blink on and off quite often.

my gauge seems to work fine, Wouldn't the gauge stop working if the sensor was bad?

Have you checked fuses or the relay? Find the relay and try just powering up the fans to see if they work.
