    New EGR code 32? I think thats says enough in itself..how is everyone fixing this...? Yea i have chip thats disables but it still bugs me...Also NJ emission laws suck and im goin through inspection friday...Wanna aviod all possible area's of failing.

    well if your egr is disabled and you have an e-test your probably gonna fail. everybody always does without a functional egr.

      I took the chip out for inspection and put the stock one back thats why i asked how to fix it...

        Clean off the EGR.
        Take off (2) 10mm bolts and clean mating gasket materials with steel brush .. make sure it aint plugged up going into intake.. I even went as far as removing the 3 screws and cleaning the pintels and everything with carbon cleaner and a brush .. make sure when putting back together, you put the gasket INSIDE the EGR the same way it came out.
        Reinstall with new gaskets (should be 2) ..
