Car has new plugs and wires. Original 200k coils/ICM. Car has new starter and battery, doesn't like cranking very much, but still starts.
Idles rough but doesn't fluctuate at all. Once it warms up the roughness in the engine tones down some. I haven't driven a 3.4 car in a few years and my buddy says it doesn't have some of its mid-range power. Car accelerates fine shifts fine, etc. I can feel a vibration (almost like a bad tire/out of balance tire) while moving at speed. Once the torque converter locks up the car shudders and definitely labors itself. I'm thinking I've got a slight miss or a bad coil. I'm changing the whole coilpack and ICM. Ohh and I got like 180 miles to the last tank.
What do you guys think? I'm definitely leaning towards bad coils and ICM, but I'm kinda want to be certain.
Ohh and my oil has gone from clear to a golden brown in 200 miles. Could it be fuel mixing with the oil?
